Ikego Elementary has two computer labs; the main lab pictured here and a smaller lab in another building. Both are equipped with interactive Smart Boards, enough computers for an entire class, scanners, and printers. Teachers take their classes to these labs when needing a computer for each student or want their classes to use the Smart Board for interactive lessons with technology.
Ikego’s state-of-the-art computer labs are equipped with Compaq desktop computers loaded with DoDEA’s software pack. The software students use includes Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, The Graph Club, The Cruncher, KidPix Deluxe 3, Kidspiration, Accelerated Reader and more! This software is also available on the classroom computers. In addition, teachers can check out educational software in the library.
